CEO of BMA, Ian Anderson started his career as a Signwriter and went on to develop his skills as a Graphic Designer.
In 1969 he was employed in the Print Media as Art Director of the Gold Coast Bulletin with News Limited.
After spending 32 years as Art Director at the Gold Coast Bulletin he became infatuated with boating.
A major part of Ian’s life has been devoted to the Boating Industry and he has successfully operated a
Boat Brokerage in the late eighties and at present also plays an important role in designing advertising for one of the Gold Coast’s most successful Boating Magazines... Boat Gold Coast’.
BMA have a close relationship with SICYC, (Shag Island Cruising Yacht Club) who are major supporters in promoting the awareness of Prostate Cancer in Australia.
The relationship has been a rewarding experience for our business as recipients of the 'Salty' Gold Award for 'Outstanding Contribution to Service' in 2016... an achievement we're proud of and will endeavour to pursue for many years to come.
